Kazim Ali offers course in Lucille Clifton’s work

Long time friend and fellow poet Kazim Ali has structured a 4 week explorative course in Lucille Clifton’s work. Introduction to the Poetry and Poetics of Lucille Clifton will examine the major themes and qualities of her poetry.

As time passes, Lucille’s work continues to increase in influence for generations of younger poets.

These 2-hour long zoom sessions will be held weekly and available for registrants up to 30 days after the final session. Live attendees will have the opportunities to engage in group discussions and QA’s as they deepen their knowledge and applied insights into Lucille’s mastery of prosody and poetic form.
